Distribution Manager is designed to be used by wholesale distributors and online catalog retailers. This products allows you to enter items and customers into the computer, enter orders, pick the items, then ship items. All forms necessary to complete including picking tickets, packing slips, and invoices are included. Invoices are posted to various files to provide customer and item sales history, as well as customer open invoices and payment history. Allows for multiple ship to locations in order to ship to FFL holder. For Firearms Manufacturers and Distributors, DMS interfaces to CBSI's Bound Book System to satisfy the needs for an electronic BATF approved bound book.

Bound Book standalone package allows you to keep and electronic BATF approved bound book required by Firearms Manufacturers, Distributors, and Dealers. In standalone mode, customer and items may be entered into the database so that you collect and input uniform data into the Bound Book database. Basically, Bound Book keeps track of what the item is, where it came from, and where it went! Sure beats doing it manually, particularly from a lookup standpoint.

Back Office Accounting modules all interface to our various front end packages that we provide including the Rental, Retail, and Distribution Manager Programs.

The accounts receivable module allows you to invoice, send statements, and apply customer payments. Also included is a detailed history of items purchased as well as payments received.

The accounts payable module allows you to enter vendor invoices, schedule payments, and produce laser checks. A detailed vendor history file shows items purchased as well as payments sent.

The general ledger module allows you to keep a detailed transaction file of the accounts that are debited and credited, as well as the ability to create multiple financial statements. All transactions from the accounting system feed the general ledger.

The payroll module allow you to print payroll checks for your employees. Multiple frequencies are supported as well as salary and hourly wage calculation. Quarterly wage reports as well as 941 are available. An employee time card report is also available, based on clock ins and outs from the system terminals.
