The accounts receivable module allows you to invoice, send statements, and apply customer payments. Also included is a detailed history of items purchased as well as payments received. The accounts payable module allows you to enter vendor invoices, schedule payments, and produce laser checks. A detailed vendor history file shows items purchased as well as payments sent. The general ledger module allows you to keep a detailed transaction file of the accounts that are debited and credited, as well as the ability to create multiple financial statements. All transactions from the accounting system feed the general ledger. The payroll module allow you to print payroll checks for your employees. Multiple frequencies are supported as well as salary and hourly wage calculation. Quarterly wage reports as well as 941 are available.
